Artist Statement

I am a follower of light, stillness, shadow and movement.

It is very stirring to the soul to capture a beautiful image - "A Moment in Time" - and then share that Moment with others so that they too may be stirred by the simple beauty that surrounds us.

Each morning begins with a peek out the window at the crack of dawn. If there is a glimmer of light emerging in the east, my breakfast and cameras are soon packed and ready to go. It is a precious hour of total immersion into photography before going off to work each day.
